Unless you are certified you will not be eligible to sell and install Life|ware.  Becoming certified also gives you access to Life|ware University and the resources available there. In addition you will have access to our 24/7 support department in case you need assistance in the field.

How do I get certified?

Currently the path to certification starts with signing a dealer agreement with Exceptional Innovation.  From there dealers are required to attend a three day certification training in Columbus, OH.  After passing your final exam you are certified to sell and install Life|ware.

Does everyone in my company have to be certified?

No, not everyone.  But Life|ware U recommends that the dealer owners and their lead installers attend training if possible.

What happens after I become certified?

After you are certified you can work with our regional sales team to help you get your Life|ware solution up and running.  RSMs are there to help you position your company and to help you get your first few jobs done.  There help is a valuable recourse to you.  Life|ware U recommends that you develop a good working relationship with your RSM.
