Life|ware UniversityTM is always working to make the education of our dealers both convenient and rewarding. Our success depends on your success, and we pride ourselves on helping our dealers be the most knowledgeable in the industry about the digital entertainment and automation experience.
Classes are held at the company headquarters and at all the major trade shows; web-based training is also available. All our classes are designed to make our dealers the best-educated in the business.
Classroom Courses All our dealers must be certified to sell and install Life|ware. Life|ware Certification classes are held regularly throughout the year; we also offer Media Center classes and other classes focused on increasing dealers' knowledge of Media Center and other Life|ware supported partners. Life|ware classroom courses, with their small class sizes and extensive hands-on workshops, give you the personal attention and instruction you need to learn to integrate the control systems you sell into the Media Center and Life|ware environment. While the Media Center class is not required for certification, we usually schedule it the day before the certification classes for your convenience. We encourage all those who are not familiar with Media Center or those who want to know more about Media Center to attend this valuable class. Click on the class dates to enroll. Online Training Courses For those who cannot attend classroom training, Life|ware U is creating an online track for you to get your certification. After you have received your login credentials you will be able take the certification courses at your convenience. After completion of the coursework and final exam you will be certified to install Life|ware. Life|ware U is also working on providing independent study courses for dealers and installers to increase their knowledge of Media Center and all of the Life|ware supported partners. Instructor Led Online Courses Periodically the need arises for classes that need personalized instruction but do not require the student to make a trip to Columbus, OH. Topics might include changes to the Life|ware configuration tool, specific feature updates to the software or specific training for new supported partners. Currently there are no online instructor based courses.
Trade Show Training Events Want to kill two birds with one stone? Life|ware is increasing the training opportunities for dealers at trade shows. Check the trade show schedules to see what classes Life|ware is offering. System design, client configurations and Media Center classes are in development. Look for training courses at CEDIA 2008!!!
